Becoming a member is fast, easy and best of all it’s free! Join in 3 easy steps:
- Download and print the Social Member Application Form.
- Complete the form, sign and return it via:
- Fax at 03 9586 7999
- Mail at Mordialloc Sporting Club Inc., P.O. Box 5468, Mordialloc, 3195
- Handing the completed form in at the Club.
- You will receive your permanent Membership Card in the mail within 2 - 6 weeks. If handing in your application at the venue, you will get a temporary Membership card that you can use on the spot.
Conditions of membership:
- Members are not required to sign in, but have to have their membership card on them while on the premises.
- Members are required to notify The Club of any change in membership details.
- Members must be over the age of 18 years and agree to produce identification on request.
- Members must adhere to the direction of management and staff of the club at all times.
- MSC is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and the safe provision of gaming facilities. Members accept the inherent risks associated with these products.
- MSC will accept no responsibility for any personal loss or damage incurred whilst on Club property, including the car park.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the club. Patrons enter these areas at own desire and risk.
- Members are required to abide by the club dress rules.
- Members must ensure that guests are signed in at all times and keep their dockets with them.
- Legislation requires proof of membership at all times when in the venue so please keep your cards on your person.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any person at any time.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- To keep your membership valid, please sign and return your renewal notice every year.
